Store Policy

Thank you for choosing Sweet Pea Flower Truck! We are committed to providing exceptional floral products and services. Please review our store policy for important information regarding orders, payments, deliveries, and returns.

Orders
  • All orders must be placed online or through direct communication with Sweet Pea Flower Truck.

  • For custom orders, workshops, or event bookings, we recommend contacting us at least 14 days in advance to ensure availability.

  • Orders are subject to seasonal availability. While we strive to meet specific requests, substitutions may be made with flowers of equal or greater value to ensure quality.

Payments
  • Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase or booking unless otherwise agreed upon.

  • We accept all major credit cards and digital payment methods.

Delivery
  • Deliveries within Huron city limits are free of charge for subscriptions only. Holiday deliveries are subject to service fee of $10/.

  • Deliveries outside Huron city limits are subject to a delivery fee, which will be calculated at checkout based on the delivery address.

  • Deliveries occur on the last Thursday of each month for subscription services, or as scheduled for individual orders and events.

  • Accurate delivery information must be provided at the time of purchase. Sweet Pea Flower Truck is not responsible for delays or missed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Shipping
  • We currently do not offer shipping for floral arrangements. All orders are for local delivery or pickup only.

  • Non-floral items (e.g., merchandise) may be shipped at the customer’s request. Shipping fees will apply.

Returns and Refunds
  • Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final.

  • If an arrangement arrives damaged or does not meet expectations, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Include photos of the product, and we will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

  • Refunds are not available for missed deliveries due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Cancellations
  • Floral Arrangements & Subscriptions: Cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the delivery date to receive a full refund.

  • Workshops & Events: Cancellations must be requested at least 30 days prior to the event date to receive a full refund. Tickets may be transferred with direct Sweet Pea communication.

Workshops & Events Policies
  • All workshops and events require advance booking.

  • A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your date.

  • Sweet Pea Flower Truck reserves the right to reschedule workshops due to unforeseen circumstances.
